
In collaboration with Conscious Seed, we present to you our favorite summer & spring ritual: a lavender cacao adaptogenic latte featuring Empress of Ghee original ghee. This latte is a breeze to make and feels like a cool, quiet summer morning — calm and anticipatory, a balm to the soul.

Here's how to make it:
Ingredients:
(Serves 1)
- 1.5 cups water
- 1 tbsp dried lavender flowers
- 1 tsp Conscious Seed Mind Brew
- 1 tsp Empress of Ghee Original Ghee
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- Brew a cup of lavender tea by bringing 1.5 cups of water to a boil, then removing from heat.
- Add 1 tbsp dried lavender flowers and allow to steep for 5-10 minutes.
- Strain out the lavender flowers.
- Add 1 tsp of Conscious Seed Mind Brew and 1 tsp of Empress of Ghee Original Ghee to your lavender tea; whisk until well combined. (An electric frother works well here, but some spoon/fork action does too).
- In a separate vessel, froth 1/4 cup milk. Add to the lavender tea and voila! Your lavender cacao adaptogenic latte is served.
